CONNOR LYNCH

Connor Lynch handles project representation for Main Street Commercial Partners and third parties, as well as tenant representation for regional and national brands, specializing in the Houston market. Connor also works to identify retail acquisition and development opportunities.

Connor has extensive experience in both tenant and owner representation. He has worked with tenants which include Corner Bakery, Grub Kitchen + Bar, Pure Barre, Burger King, Black Rifle Coffee, and Verizon. On the ownership side, his clients include Crow Holdings, Retail Properties of America, and Ashton Gray Development. For Main Street, Connor has been instrumental in leasing new developments including Fulshear Marketplace (HEB shadow anchored; 100,000 SF), Market at Houston Heights (30,000 SF infill mixed use) and Shops at Spring Village (Kroger shadow anchored 22,000 SF SF).

Prior to joining Main Street, Connor was with Capital Retail Properties from 2013-2021 where he handled project leasing and tenant representation along with identifying strategic acquisition and development opportunities. In this role, he was responsible for execution transactions on approximately 1,200,000 square feet of retail product on behalf of top institutional real estate owners and has handled acquisitions and dispositions of shopping centers and land.
