JOHN FELITTO

John Felitto joined Main Street Commercial Partners in April of 2025 and supports retail project leasing for local, regional, and institutional clients. Prior to Main Street, John was a project developer for ENGIE North America and NextEra Energy Resources, leading greenfield development activities for a 3+ GW portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects.

John received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business with a major in Finance, graduating in 2020. A member of the Notre Dame’s Men’s Varsity Golf Team, John was named captain as a senior and was medalist in the 2020 Colleton River Collegiate Classic. In his spare time, John enjoys playing golf, rooting for Notre Dame football, and spending time with his wife and dog.
