The Project

A downtown for the fastest-growing city in Texas

Fulshear is growing faster than any city in Texas, and Founder's Hill sits at its main-and-main. Thirty-three acres planned as a true town center: ±100,000 SF of new-construction retail, restaurant, office and medical space, a 15-acre residential community, and a ±5.5-acre public park at its heart.

Main Street partner Anderson Smith assembled the two tracts, carried the entitlements and led the design; leasing, construction and development are managed in-house. The vision pairs urban amenities with native landscaping and old-world character — a vibrant, walkable destination Fulshear can grow into for decades. Delivery begins in 2027.
